One system, many options
The thrust bottom feed boxes have been designed as a complete system of type series.
We supply feed bunkers with discharge systems for handling a wide variety of bulk materials / substrates. 
The thrust bottom feed boxes have been designed to allow them to be installed as stand-alone and
self-supporting units on even concrete floors. This minimizes the construction costs on site.
The smaller thrust bottom feed boxes are supplied as single units. The larger ones are supplied as
modules  to be assembled on site.

The capacity of existing production and industrial plants is often increased years later. Capacity can
be added to our thrust bottom dosing boxes at low cost. This requires an existing feed system of the
type series V-SB and V-TB. If allowed by the space conditions, a maximum net bunker volume
of 200m3 is possible.

Another advantage is the combination of different bulk materials and substrates in a single feed bunker.
The type series V-TB with its two separate bunker volumes offers this possibility.

The discharge variants can be combined in many different ways. For example, the material may be
discharged only from bunker A or B in combination with weighing, or it is a combination of both bunkers
with the weighing system, which at the same time results in the desired mixing of the bulk materials
and substrates. An optional control and weighing concept for operating the thrust bottom dosing box
is available upon request.
